Originally 7 to 9 years. After Trump's Tweet Barr backed off of that and didn't give a specific recommendation but just asked that the Judge take into account Stone's age, record, and seriousness of the crime.
Stone was never going to get 7 to 9 years. I think 3 to 4 is more in line with expectations.
After the prosecutors quit, and the kerfuffle with Barr and Trump, the new one went right back to their 7-9 recommendation
