A Supreme Court (especially one still led at this time by John Roberts) that ruled Obamacare constitutional cannot be trusted under any circumstances, especially when still populated by Ruth Bader Ginsberg, to rule consistently and correctly on Constitutional matters.
When Ruth Bader Ginsberg has passed on, her word on anything can be trusted.
Until then, we have to be vocal and press constantly to prevent further degradation of Constitutional principles.
