RENO, Nevada A new poll shows Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) surging to a double-digit lead over his rivals nationwide and billionaire Mike Bloomberg qualifying for Wednesdays Democrat debate.
The National Public Radio/Marist/PBS Newshour poll, released early Tuesday morning, shows Sanders with 31%, far ahead of Bloomberg, who is in second place with 19%. The poll was conducted Feb. 13-16 i.e. after the New Hampshire primary on land lines and mobile phones among a sample of 527 Democrats and Democratic leaning independents registered to vote, with a 5.4% margin of error.
The poll shows that Sanders is clearly the frontrunner and it is also the fourth qualifying national poll to show Bloomberg at or above 10%, meaning that he will qualify for Wednesdays debate in Las Vegas ahead of the 11:59 p.m. ET deadline Tuesday night, though he is not on the ballot in Saturdays Nevada caucuses. Fellow billionaire Tom Steyer, who is at 2% in seventh place in the poll, has met the polling threshold required by the Democratic National Committee (DNC), but not yet in qualifying polls.

translation: The DNC is about to SCROOOOOOOOO a majority of their own voters.
The media can talk up mini mike AND make a zillion excuses for all the horrible things he has said...
but he’s still not going to be the nominee.
He’s already alienated seniors, farmers, manual laborers, young blacks, and young Latinos. Who’s left to vote for him, Elvis impersonators?
After the DNC finishes screwing Bernie again, I wonder how much silver it will take to buy him off? Another house? But he will show his belly soon.
Another ridiculously high margin of error due to small sample but it does illustrate the trend.
What’s the best scenario for Trump? I think it’s Bernie going to the convention with 90%+ of the required delegates and Bloomcube getting the nominal via super Delegates.
... and said some very nasty things(just kill it) and very sexist things to many women who have worked for him.
The Bernie people are roasting Bloomberg on his Twitter over an ad of his attacking Sanders.
The number of for-pay Bloom supporters was paltry in face of the onslaught. Some of the memes posted by the Bernie Bros. were pretty good, I’ll have to admit.
The beauty of all this is, if the DNC screw Sanders through super delegates like they did last time, the Bernie Bros will likely stay home come November. Bloomberg is exactly the kind of guy they hate.
From what I’ve seen on message boards, a lot of gays also don’t like mini mike.
It ain't just the cash. Steyer has spent more money than the top 3 contenders combined whose name isn't Bloomberg. Steyer is mired in the low single digits. People have said that Bloomberg is a short and ugly Jew. My word for him is formidable. It's now a race between him and Sanders. The others are just extras.

In a hurry, I misread this as National Public Radio/Marxist/PBS Newshour poll
When your support is due to people abandoning sinking candidates to stop a leading candidate, that isnt formidable.
Those are not passionate supporters.
I’ve been reading anything on Twitter from the hacks that are “trying” to support him, and they seriously have no blanking idea. All of the posts were half-hearted at best.
Bloomberg just took a shot at the Bernie Bros today, and those guys look ready to go to war on him.
I hope Milwaukee has extra firefighters this summer.
Milwaukee has a mayoral election coming up in a couple of months.
Whoever loses that election will be a big winner long-term...they just don’t know it yet.
Then follow up with - his money is racist, too.
They mad.
