I grew up in Fargo, Dakota Territory. We had a saying "Forty below keeps out the riff-raff."

There was a minor problem with street people along NP Avenue where the bars were concentrated. The problem tended to melt away every October and reappeared the following May. But if they tried San Fransicko type stuff, the cops were on them like white on rice.

Yep, the only homeless left in the winter up north are either the fake ones who are just beggars but have a cozy place to go home to at night, or the legitimately crazy ones.

You'd think that. Albuquerque sees single digits in the winter, but the homelessness around town is worse than ever, all thanks to liberal policies.

Reason why i am considering moving to Vermont, New Hampshire or Maine.
Well truth be told just ONE of the reasons....

I don’t care about snow...i like snow.
I’d rather deal with the MOONBATS in Vermont any day than the “diversity” going on in almost every other state.
