There is another possible choice, not that I am an advocate of it, but I have heard it. Allowing transgender girls to compete against normal girls, but ONLY if they "converted" before puberty. I imagine that would probably eliminate a lot of these types of situations.
Children can’t sexually consent, and therefore they cannot give consent to a sex change either, for the same exact reason.
Any child which is made into a transsexual should be immediately removed by CPS and merciless prosecution of the responsible adults should ensue.

Even before puberty little boys are already stronger, faster, more aggressive than little girls.
There are exceptions to this rule, but they are not that common; there are Effeminate little boys and Tomboy little girls but they are the exception NOT the rule.
