I'd like to believe that the “wall” in the picture is just the re-bar for the eventual concrete barrier with roving armed guards and lights, like Israels’ wall.

Yeah. I’d love to see a double wall system with a 2-3’ thick solid concrete wall north of this one with a fiercely controlled ‘no-man’s’ land in between.

I realize too low a % of the people are sufficiently motivated to ever make that happen.
