The Circuit courts have been populated with Trump appointees. There is currently only one vacancy (5th Circuit).
And state by state the District seats will be filled.

They will carry on the Trump legacy for decades.
I believe when Republicans take the House THIS time there will be a dearth of never Trumpers and things will proceed faster than any time since the Contract With America.
