Apparently they start with a truck chassis and then create the limo using some style and parts from various Cadillac models but there is no current model that these limos matches up with like in the past. Besides the nickname beast it is also called Cadillac One.

Diesel engine more than likely. IIRC it’s based on a Chevy 5500 series medium duty truck.
