Should be able to determine from the video of the speech whether she was ‘reading ahead’, as she stated. As far as making little tears in the pages as markers for what she wanted to remember, she didn’t have a pen? Must not have kept one for herself when she was giving them out after the disgraceful impeachment sham.
Pelosi had absolutely NO RIGHT to tear up those speech papers.
That copy was signed by Trump & it belongs in the House archives.
It is an original. She can tear up a copy that is hers, but she cannot legally tear up the ORIGINAL....not at all.
