you misunderstand ... its big trouble if we do not follow the Constitution else how would the “greatest deliberative body in the world” get to exercise its prerogatives? I’m sure the bad guys will leave plenty of time for debate after they launch their nuclear missiles.
Since their vote ain’t been (and never will be) ratified, if President Trump decided to respond to this, they’ll say he engineered the attack itself....to falsely prove that presidents need the prerogative...
