I know, but the UCMJ is selectively enforced these days it seems. Generals should be held to account for the officers beneath them since it is the general’s job to bring that officer along career wise.
Have been out of the military for many years but whether or not the UCMJ is selectively enforced or not it is a fact the President can do as he pleases with regards to firing any member of the Military.
