Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) is warning that Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) will have to “moderate” if he continues to maintain his frontrunner status in the Democrat primary, the West Virginia lawmaker emphasizing that he is “not going socialist.”
Sanders’ successes in both Iowa and New Hampshire, combined with Joe Biden’s (D) poor performances, have several lawmakers increasingly considering the possibility of Vermont’s socialist senator winning the Democrat nomination.

Every one of those candidates is socialist, and not just a little bit. The only differences are in how much they admit and how fast they want to move toward their goals. There isn’t one who can explain the difference between a socialist and the current DNC because there isn’t any.
There isn’t one who wants to reindustrialize America. There isn’t one who wants to secure the border. There isn’t one who believes in the moral foundation of the country they want to lead. Or, as Rush points out, even likes the country they want to lead.
“I’m not going socialist. I’m already there”. Does anyone doubt he would vote for socialist bills if Chuck told him to?

Joe is the guy that shows up late for every party. That in itself is no big deal. His big problem is he always shows up at the wrong party. He is the poster-boy for proving there is no such thing as a “moderate Democrat.”

I tell you what though. Michael Bloomberg is an authoritarian socialist so far left that he was attempting to dictate what food people are allowed to eat when they stop at a restaurant.
If you don’t want Bernie, selling the nomination to someone who is actually at least as far left as Bernie just less known for his policies on the national stage doesn’t help you not get Bernie.
Manchin does what he always does - talks trash then votes democrat.

Earth to Joe: Bernie has been a confirmed Marxist since he was in high school. If you think he’s going to change now, you’re nuts. He MAY moderate his rhetoric, but he clearly won’t moderate his actions if elected.
