Maybe Bernie is a career DERP. I heard Bernie was living at a commune back in the day until the men kicked him out for not working. He would sit around talking to all the women about politics instead of doing farm chores and contributing the manual labor the rest of the men all did. Finally, as result of his laziness, he was asked to leave. I always wondered if he was a plant and a informant back then.
He wanted every one else to work while he considered himself sufficiently superior to every one else he just expected them to gratefully labor away under his direction. Fast forward 50 years and isn’t it still the same ? I guess Bernie never got over the trauma of his early rejection.
It forged him into the bitter old man he is now, IMHO.
