She should do her job. I would be furious to be so deceived by a juror. I would call her in for questioning or request an investigation - yesterday.
I think in most southern states....the judge would have called up the juror within 24 hours, and asked them to appear in court. You’d have to dismiss the whole case, and retry it...at least in a normal situation.
If you allow it to stand, it simply makes the whole system appear to be a Banana Republic.
The juror is an attorney. The judge asks the prospective jurors the questions. She lied in court. Should be disbarred. The judge should be pissed. But ir8s an Obama judge.
