Did you hear the expert testimony to Congress yesterday that we should be preparing for thousands of cases. And that outbreaks are expected to start showing up in 2 to 4 weeks because there is no way they stopped everyone with the Virus at the border.

None dead here yet that we know of. We only test pneumonia if the person was known to have traveled to Wuhan, or knows they’ve been in the company of someone who has.

The testimony yesterday recommended that we increase testing significantly.

Does anyone know where the other cases are? I heard from a friend that someone he knows out in LA supposedly has it. He had been to China (IDK if he was in/near Wuhan or not) in late December and early January. I’m just curious if there is a definite case of corona virus in LA. Thanks to anyone who can provide a lead on this.
