Sen. Bernie Sanders called James Carville a political hack two days after the former President Clinton adviser said it would be the end of days for Democrats if Sanders became the nominee.
"Look, James, in all due respect, is a political hack who said very terrible things when he was working for Clinton against Barack Obama," Sanders told CNNs Anderson Cooper. "We are taking on the establishment. This is no secret to anybody."
Sanders said he is taking on President Trump, the Republican establishment as well as the Democratic establishment, but at the end of the day the grassroots movement we are putting together of young people, of working people, of people of color, want real change.

Who, Carville or Sanders? I heard it described and maybe it was Carville, I dunno...but that Sanders has around 28 percent support, no more and no less...that is not enough to get elected...

I don’t think Sanders has the ability to endure the mounting opposition against him. It is not a matter of sitting back and letting his legions of followers carry him to victory,

I dunno...but that Sanders has around 28 percent support, no more and no less...that is not enough to get elected... I agree. But it is enough to push the democrat narrative a bit farther to the left. Look how far that has been moved since Sanders ran in 2016.
What was once a "that'll never happen" thing in 2016 to now a commonly held of Democrats.
Drip....Drip...Drip..

it doesn't matter to berney, he just wants his villa in italy and a jet to get there. like last time.
problem is, bern-nutts won't be bought off (with nothing), they'll sit election out.
result: all dumbocraps, minus bat-crap crazy bern-nutts = Trump 2020.

Bern is in trouble because he is not following the Carville, Begala Popodopoulos playbook that the Dem party is supposed to follow.

I think James Carville accepts that he’s a “political hack”. He’s made a very successful career of it.
