I often have less than a dollar in my account. But I do keep it active just by checking online and I move money from my Paypal when I get payments from what little money I earn from online activity like surveys.
When it is over $25 I will go to Walmart and buy something cheap and get $20 in cash back. I just prefer cash for most things.
