Losing TSA outbound status via pre-check is the very least of it. Returning from int'l travel is the real killer.

Global entry lets you expedite customs - short lines, 30 seconds. And that's for air travel.

The real bugaboo is CA/MX travel. If you are returning via car, the difference between Sentri (global entry with car) and the regular lines can be HOURS!

I for one would never leave the country if our GE was suspended. The hassle would be epic.
