Memory fails me.
What historically black schools are in Va?
I am a former resident of VA, and I cant think of them.
Maybe one down in Hampton Roads???

I had no idea Norfolk state is/was historically black. And the other one I have NEVER heard of as a state school, black or otherwise.

Norfolk State is one.
Hampton U & Virginia State are the only 3 I can think of.

Virginia State in Petersburg, and Norfolk State in Norfolk. I can’t remember offhand if there are any others.
