Maybe, maybe not. We don't know the extent of the players but there is obviously deep state everywhere. Getting some major players will require flipping minor players. Flipping those will require solid cases full of evidence.
For example did Brennan direct Mifsud to sting Papadop? Probably not directly but maybe through an intermediary. We will need to find out who the intermediary is, figure out the payments or perjury or process crimes, gather evidence, and make the case. Then they can be flipped.
We don't have a complete banana republic despite Obama's efforts. There's little point in using pure political muscle to charge someone like Brennan with something that won't stick. That would do more harm than good.
