I was very surprised to learn that only 10% of the population is like my wife and I and President Trump and drink no alcohol. My wife is a retired nurse and I am a retired firefighter. We have seen so many problems that are directly attributable to alcohol.
Of course most of it does not compare to what has happened to this place in the past few years since they legalized marijuana. Despite what proponents would have you believe... it is actually worse for the public at large in most cases.
I have a glass of champagne on New Years Eve. Other than that maybe a glass of wine every couple of years. Never understood the lure of it.
