I know a tiny bit...but only a tiny bit..about courts martial.Unless I'm mistaken if the President had,in fact,made such a comment that would be considered “undue command influence”.If I'm correct and discipline meted out could be appealed by him and,perhaps,be overturned.

Wouldn't anyone who ordered a courts martial be a superior rank? Maybe they could get his first sergeant to write him up.
