To: PIF

I’ve never visited the Pacific coast. But I’ve read enough about the history to recognize what a land of opportunity this region was for the rest of the nation — particularly the incredible bounty of its agriculture.

I read about what’s happening today and I get a pain in the pit of my stomach.

Take the Inside Passage tour from Port Angles WA to Anchorage. Its like traveling back in time while living in a Japanese landscape painting

You're not missing much. Pretty to look at, can't swim in the water (too cold), and in the winter you get rain, fog and snow. Blechhh.
