25% of precincts reporting: Dems 23,474 turnout x 4 = 93,896. These maybe smaller precincts, but this does not bode well.
My bad, I misread the tally form. It was 25 of 300. They are now at 11% with about 25,000.
95,000 voted for Hillary in the 2016 Primary... and 152,000 for Bernie.
However, larger precincts almost always report last, since they have the most votes to count... despite nobody using paper ballots anymore. Ahem.
But the current 25% of precincts reporting does not mean 25% of vote totals.
(Suspicious folks might say that only the larger districts can change a result, and larger districts are almost always Dem-Leaning, and Dems relish manipulating vote totals to get the results that they want... and Dems need time to "find uncounted votes" in the trunks of cars... but that's only what the suspicious folks say.)
