I am a Retired Army Officer and if in my day an Officer did what Vindman did, he would have been summarily Courts Martialed and tossed out of the Army.
Don't be so sure about that. He is certainly guilty of multiple offenses that could result in dismissal from the service, but that doesn't mean that he will end up like that.
