That was one report, so we don’t know if it is true; also, he could have been infected shortly after the quarantine was over - there’s really no way to know. I have also read that the time from infection to the display of symptoms can be as little as 3 days (and that this was actually fairly common...according to the lying Communist sacks of schiff).

Bottom line: we simply don’t know THAT much about this disease, and that mitigates toward being *more* cautious rather than less so (and CERTAINLY against the complacency demonstrated by several on this and other threads).
