House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) is demanding answers from Attorney General William Barr about a Justice Department "intake process" that will review information on Ukraine from President Trump's attorney Rudy Giuliani.
In a letter sent to the attorney general, Nadler called on Barr to provide a "complete explanation" regarding his decision to sidestep standard practice and set up another channel for information coming out of Ukraine. He asked the attorney general to answer 11 questions related to the arrangement by Feb. 25.
"As you know, the Department has formal, established channels by which to receive information and begin investigations," Nadler wrote. "This new channel to Mr. Giuliani would seem to be a significant departure from those traditional channels."
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) first revealed on Sunday that Barr had "created a process" to receive and verify information on Ukraine coming from Giuliani. Barr confirmed Graham's comments a day later, saying during a press conference that the Justice Department has an open door to any individuals with information on Ukraine.
There are a lot of agendas in the Ukraine, a lot of crosscurrents, and we cant take anything we receive from the Ukraine at face value, Barr said, adding that the department established "an intake process in the field so that any information coming in about Ukraine could be carefully scrutinized."

Jerry the waddler has his armpit pants in a wad.
Sit down and shut up, Nadler. There’s a new sheriff in town.
The House Dems think they are the real government and should call the shots.
And unless these processes are codified in law, fatboy has no say so in the matter.
Of course they are. Looks like the Ukraine was their version of the House Bank many years ago.
They are terrified. How do you think politicians go to Washington and get filthy rich. IMHO they get a portion of all that financial aid.
Routing around fat boys stooges. Yes they are worried.
Barr should tell him, “There’s an unknown whistle blower who is well acquainted with the situation. And Nadler better just shut his pie-hole and NOT mention the whistle blowers name AGAIN, DAMMIT!”
I’m guessing that AG Barr is not required to answer Nadler.
“”As you know, the Department has formal, established channels by which to receive information and begin investigations,” Nadler wrote. “This new channel to Mr. Giuliani would seem to be a significant departure from those traditional channels.””
As you know Mr. Nadler the House has formal, established procedures to receive information and begin impeachment investigations. This new impeachment inquiry would seem to be a significant departure from the traditional approach.
Please provide a response to our 11 questions by yesterday.
Why can't Nadler create his own "intake process" for Ukraine information?
If Nadler wants to know what's going on, why doesn't he use the power of his committee to go to the source and find out for himself?
Why is he only obsessed with using his committee to find out what the opposition knows about what's going on in the Ukraine?

Hey Waddles you and your crowd are under investigation! STFU!
Well, Jerry, because the DOJ and the House and the Senate are full of dirty Drats.
Shut up, criminal. Traitor.
AAAHHHH HAAAAAA!
Getting a little jumpy are they?
Yes-— and their “connection” all Three of the Vindmans, the twins at the NSC and their older brother— a Mossad investment advisor (living in... Little Odessa, Brooklyn— in Jerry Nadler’s next door district. The older brother tapped into “Middle East and Near East-— ie. UKRAINE!” “investments”, raking off the money from the advantaged USAID to be “granted” to US so called non-governmental org, front companies in the “developing Ukrainian tech sector”. WHAT Ukrainian tech sector-— this is a money laundry and all 3 of the Vindman’s were having their nest egg crushed with Trump’s corruption probe request on the “phone call”. And all 3 Vindmans work for and “to” Brennan. We need indictments.
There’s no longer any reason whatsoever to even acknowledge these people.
