Public officials, at any level, should not profit off the constituents that they were elected to serve and represent

Obviously they have never heard of Nancy Pelosi or Diane Fineswine.

“Public officials, at any level, should not profit off the constituents that they were elected to serve and represent,” Low said in a statement.

I suspect Mr. Low has been living off the California Taxpayers for some time. Give the money back.

"In those days you could stray with someone and picket the money for the hotel."

I wanna know more about straying in those days.

From the California Constitution:

Article 1, Section 9:

Sec. 9. A bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts may not be passed. [New section adopted November 5, 1974.]

I’m in DC at the home office, right next to the Trump International Hotel. If I choose to spend my per diem having a meal at his hotel that’s my business, as long as I don’t put my wine on my govt credit card.

They are barking mad out there in California.

The persons now in charge of the Trump hotels ought to offer deep discounts for state employees from Republican run states to stay with them.

Given the financial hole they’re in, they should be staying at a Motel 6.

Oh good, so I won’t see California state ‘workers’ at Trump’s Hotels. Great!! More enjoyable without them...

“Public officials, at any level, should not profit off the constituents that they were elected to serve and represent,...”

Meanwhile, every single Democrat leaves office worth hundreds of $millions, and that’s OK.

Give me a break

Typical Leftist....

They do everything they lecture the world not to do. Now Calfornia Democrats want to show the world how “tolerant” they are by dictating what hotel they can stay at.

Control freak Democrats want to control every aspect of the State employees lives.
