If they just want to get laid they can get that at a bar with enough application of alcohol, so they will be looking for something specific and they generally have to put in some effort to find it.
Some operation arranging more spurious meetings without a verification of the product in a social setting is unusual (with the caveat that lesbian prostitution is quite a bit less structured and usually is more prominent in the club scene) and so setting up a sting like this isn't likely to achieve anything because most women who hire want a social interaction where nothing overtly sexual would happen first.
