It could use one of those devices to rid itself of 12 -15 pounds of ugly, useless fat.
Then it would not need to worry about how to lose the remaining 80 pounds it should shed to be a reasonably healthy and presentable person.
The whole “non-binary” thing... well, some quality therapy might help — not the “affirming” bull crap of today, but the “curing” type we practiced a few decades ago.
