Campus police removed former Democratic New York Assemblyman Dov Hikind from an event at Rutgers University Sunday afternoon, after Hikind asked guest speaker Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., about past comments he believes to be anti-Semitic.

Rep. Dov Hivkind — I’ve read about him, observant Jew and old-fashioned liberal.
Definitely a dying breed. But from what I can tell, a good man, despite any policy differences we might have.
I’ll say this much for old-fashioned liberals — I may not agree with their answers but they often raise some legitimate questions.
He is...or was a Dem. And...why would such a question upset the local muslim politician?

A State university, and police remove him for the content of his question. He could sue in old America, but in that location the jury will be 100% demonrat.
Take away the first amendment, we will be left with the second I guess...

Hikind has had a pretty good record compared with many of today’s anti-American, racist and bigoted D’s
Hikind is not anti-American, anti-Christian, anti-Jewish, or anti-family. He’s spoken up several times in his career against politicians that are.
I am not expert on this, but let’s not automatically toss him in with the Commies and Nazis in the D party leadership now.
I am reminded of another Jewish politician, Joe Lieberman, who like Hikind is instinctively quite “liberal” on some economic and social issues, but who is still pro-American and has spoken up several times, to his detriment, against some of the Commie/Nazi krap we see in the D party today
they are of course not identical and I do not agree with some of their politices. but I can respect them both.
We can add a third name to this same list, Dershovitz.. Again, a person who has always tended liberal, alas, but who spoke up for real defending the US Constitution and PDJT at the fake “impeachment trial”... and if anyone happened to miss his speech there, it is one of only maybe 3 or 4 segments of that entire sorry episode which is worth watching!

There used to be a number of D politicians who were generally reasonable and respectable. Nowadays, hardly a handful. The DNC really really needs a serious swamp-draining!!!!!!
