It looks to be a memorial to WWI from the brief view in the video. Those that served then and in WWII went for flag, country and what they thought to be a noble cause. No one fo any belief, political or other, should disrespect those fallen soldiers or their memorial.

The plinth has a dedication to 2nd Oregon Volunteer Infantry, that would probably mean it is a Spanish American War/Phil Insurrection unit being commemorated.

Those ill-educated morons don’t know the difference between WWI and the Civil War. And, I doubt that they know much else, either.
