Prohibition was constitutional, an amendment passed by both houses of Congress and ratified by state legislatures.
Marijuana legalization is nothing like that... Marijuana should have been decriminalized so it is nothing more than a garden vegetable and the commercial use prohibited.
But, since the stupid know it all potheads chose to “legalize” weed, they have more lawyers, more jails, more taxes, more government, and more idiots blowing up their houses because they use butane to cook “dabs” in their kitchen.
