Marijuana legalization is nothing like that... Marijuana should have been decriminalized so it is nothing more than a garden vegetable and the commercial use prohibited.

But, since the stupid know it all potheads chose to “legalize” weed, they have more lawyers, more jails, more taxes, more government, and more idiots blowing up their houses because they use butane to cook “dabs” in their kitchen.

Making dabs and having a kitchen accident has nothing to do with marijuana legalization.

That same argument could be used to take away guns because of a firearm accident.

Marijuana criminalization at the federal level is also nothing like that. Nothing in the language of the Constitution authorizes the federal government to meddle in within-state marijuana policy.
