I need to confirm this with my Air Force Counterparts, but I highly doubt that you can mount Hellfire Missiles to a high performance fighter like an F-15.

Not Air Force, but know enough to be dangerous. Have even seen a Hellfire fired from an AH-64, which was very impressive. I’m 99% sure you are right.

No, you cannot.
Hellfires are employed by helicopters and the later models can be fired from drones above 10,000 feet in altitude.
