Oh it gets worse than that. The NY Times put out a feature story about ALL the nasty things Rush has said over his career in order to not only besmirch him but the President who would dare to honor him with the highest civilian medal. (Never mind that Joe Biden and Robert De Niro has medals.)

I did not read the article as they require subscribing, but it looks like a complete hatchet job bringing up the McNabb, Fluke-slut, etc. controversies.

The propaganda press does this with Trump’s most inflammatory phrases, taken out of context. Repeat them over and over with the p press own biased framing until many people believe that PDJT is racist, misogynist, Anti-immigrant etc. The NYT will do this same thing about Rush Limbaugh.
