Help us instead, Lord, to strive to be true lovers of the Word, and imitators of You, for then we will come closer to realizing the many blessings of Your own special love that knows no bounds.

We commit our President to You, Lord, and we thank You for the love You show toward him. We confess that You continue Your good work in him until the day of Jesus Christ. We bless You for being his Defender---his Avenger. We thank You for shielding him from his enemies and promoting him amongst the American people. We confess that Your favor rests upon him!

Hallelujah, amen, dear Faith! Praying for our President to keep on slogging through the swamp.
