He fell out of the cart a month before they were even detained? So what were they doing that whole month after the kid got his head injury? Spending their welfare check, and using their EBT card? This case should be tossed out. The government isn’t responsible for something that happened a month before they were even in contact with the family.

”The San Antonio hospital also did not have the paperwork from the California hospital that first treated him, according to the latest records.”

Story doesn’t make sense. Initial care was as a California hospital. Did the boy receive his injury in California. If in California due to Newsom’s generosity the boy would be eligible for free medical care until twenty six regardless of immigration status through Medi-Cal. Why did the family take the injured boy to Texas? Have a feeling that illegal dad got sideways with the East Bay Honduran drug trade and had to get out of Dodge. Anyhow how come the don’t sue the store where the shopping cart accident occurred? Poor reporting once again. Oh did I say free medical care? I meant taxpayer funded medical care.
