The mother of a 5-year-old Guatemalan boy sued U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement over the medical care he has received in detention for a head injury suffered before the family was arrested.

This whole thing stinks to high heavens. I wonder if we’ll ever hear of the outcome. If it’s in the government’s favor, the media won’t report it.
I’m sorry that child was injured by his mother, but I blame her for being a criminal and being negligent with her own child. The uncertainty of treatment in ICE custody is why that criminal and her child should have been deported to their real home as soon as they were arrested. I’m sure that Guatemala would have provided the appropriate care for one of their citizens.
Ya know, if he wasn’t brought here illegally, he wouldn’t have fallen. Deport, deport, deport.

Throw them out of this country, by any means available, as soon as possible. Money-grubbing trash.
