Do any Dems honestly watch these debates and say
“Wow, so many superb candidates. How can I choose? I’m getting so excited.”
Which one will thrill them like McGovern or Mondale or Dukakis?

My research has shown that you must be an American citizen to vote in any federal election. Green card holders are not allowed to vote in federal elections.
In order to apply for and be granted American citizenship one of the requirements is the ability to read, write, and speak English. This part is hotly contested but it is what is on all the citizenship requirement lists online.
So my question is, how does the Hillsborough County Florida Supervisor of Elections Office get away with providing all registered voters with ballots written in English as well as Spanish, and also providing the voting public with "interpreters" at its polling precincts?
