So the Democrats are going for all 57 states going for Trump?

A brokered convention who brings forward a ‘consensus candidate’ who wasn’t part of the campaign trail is doomed to failure. Yes, there’s a sizable ‘none of the above (Trump)’ contingent in the Democrat party, but there is no possible way to go from a hotly contested primary to a brokered convention where you drag Hillary out of the closet and hang on someone else.

That’s the biggest thing, there’s no coattails.

And I still stand by the assertion of Hillary or any other spouse of a former US president who has served two terms violates the 22nd. The definition of marriage (until SCOTUS decided to randomly re-write it) said it was a union of a man and a woman in matrimony. There are hundreds of SCOTUS decisions defining a married couple as a unit. And I defy anyone to put forward a single name of anyone in congress or even the various state legislatures who passed or ratified the amendment who’d view a spouse as being exempt.
