A citizen can not be “clearly guilty” when existing law states specifically that the action in question is permitted. IOW, you are not guilty of speeding if the law says that you can drive 55 and you do exactly that.

Trump isn’t guilty when he’s been acquitted. Nappy overlooked it. He doesn’t get to decide to change the outcome because he doesn’t like it.
