That was not a grammatical error. They didn’t just take over the P.R. and legal duties, they were surrounding them and intimidating them like some kind of organized crime group. It was almost all behind closed doors but the whole thing was dripping and seething with intimidation and over-bearing control.
Just ask yourself, why in the hell would a political party machine need to come in and take control of the family of the victim of some random street robbery?
