I have spoken of this, but this is actually very important information.
Not belittling U-1 at all, in fact we don’t even know all about it, but every analyst I have known, who has paid attention to this, believes the damage done, and the money and laundering involved in the HRC/Putin Skolkavo snenario was/is far bigger than U-1. As well, most believe the money laundering to the CF was likely ten times the dollar figures given. The laundering involved dozens of countries.
And it is true, both U.S. Army and FBI investigators wrote and filed warnings to what was really going on.

As well, several of the Putin players were heavily involved in destabilizing Ukraine through corruption. Many of the Ukrainian “poc’s”/”oligarchs” in Ukraine, either carried dual citizenship in Russia, or were working with Putin/Oligarch poc’s to influence and weaken any potential Ukrainian stability, thereby softening foreign support for Ukraine.
