Question whether those of Indian ancestry carry the ACE2 virus receptor in high numbers similar to (male) Chinese. But I consider the information in that area to be very preliminary given the extremely small sample size of the Chinese study (and I have not researched further than that study).
Its not if it is in India or anywhere else. This will spread worldwide and will run its course. The world has been beyond controlling the spread since early January, if not before. Limiting the number of people exposed is the only thing any country can do now.
