Must be a supply shortage from China. HK doesn't have that many cases, and if I recall only 17% have diarrhea.

mr. BP thinks I’m silly reminding him every time he goes to Costco to pick up packs of TP, paper towels and kleenex. We have about 10pks now. I tell him he will thank me if there’s ever a shortage !
