House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) appears to have practiced tearing up President Donald Trump’s State of the Union speech on Tuesday evening, as seen in live footage from the speech.
A video posted by President Trump’s re-election campaign shows Pelosi making small tears in a copy of the speech as the president introduced conservative radio icon Rush Limbaugh.
Following President Trump’s address, Pelosi’s office denounced Vice President Mike Pence for suggesting she had planned the display of disrespect — though her spokesman did not directly deny the charge.
According to the Daily Mail, Pelosi spokesman Drew Hammill angrily scolded Pence for saying the page ripping seemed premeditated:

Pence doesnt flinch at idiots who hate him. He knew full well going to watch Hamilton he would be boo’d by the leftholes and he still did. Getting ‘scolded’ by leftards is a badge of honor.
There aren’t many people that I truly despise. Nancy Pelosi is one of them, and she is pretty close to the top of the list.
If you pre-rip the page prior to actually ripping the page, it’s premeditated. Don’t need to be more than 2 years old to understand that.

She must have INDOCTRINATION classes so all her spokespersons speak her words exactly as she wants! I will say they can’t have much on the ball as this is what I do to let her know what I think of her.
Her website won’t take emails from anyone not in her district so several years ago I used her SF office address as my own to get emails through to her and so far, no one has ever caught on. They go right through and I can tell her what I think of her from her own website...I get emails from her in return....

Thanks. It certainly showed clearly how devious she is that it didn’t appear to be anything other than her flipping pages. I still say Pence should have moved toward her at that point - the speech was finished - and said something to her to let her know that her boorish, childish behavior would not go uncommented on. He outranks her and no one would have had to know what he said but I say it would have been APPROPRIATE and keeping it low key would have been DIGNIFIED. I don’t care if he is known as a real gentleman - it needed to be done right at that point with the cameras on her.
One other gripe as long as I’m here - I want to know what the yearly bottled water bill is for the Congress. Every seat in the Senate had a glass of water in place at the vote yesterday. It’s probably true every day they are in session. I can only find old news about the ridiculous amount paid for bottled water in the Capitol but I’d like to see current figures.
Notice that the president has a plain glass of water as did VP Pence on Tuesday but SHE has an elaborate set up for her water...I’ve noticed it before and never commented but this time it was more visible, I guess.
