The “jury” Mr. McCarthy is discussing is the American people in November. So yes, they are still out. The Democrats thought that they could misuse impeachment to weaken Mr. Trump, and have failed miserably.
Instead, they demonstrated why people are so fed up with politics and voted in Mr. Trump.
The jury is still out only in the sense that the American people will give its verdict in November.
