Unfortunately, members of Congress (House and Senate) can’t be impeached.
A bill to enable recall of US Senators was introduced into the Utah legislature last week. It needs to be fast tracked. In addition to the time needed to pass it and to follow through on its procedure there will also be delays for the inevitable court challenges. If the courts quash it perhaps that will boost the needed repeal of the 17th.
Yeah, right. The wealthy, powerful Mormon will be ousted from a Senate seat in Utah.
