Remember in 2016 how we were all seeing these “tells” in the caucuses, rallies, etc. that were showing Trump with a popularity that no one was picking up. I think the turnout in these caucuses (1/2 Zero’s level in 2008, but UP for Rs) is one of those “tells” that 2020 will be bigger for Trump than 2016.
